The first glimpse of SK17ās sculptural faƧade has us genuinely excited. Rooted in the principles of tectonism, its dynamic forms reflect the actual structure of the building with no decorative elements.
What you see on the exterior is a composition of prefabricated concrete panels. The same panels extend into the interior, creating a sense of union and continuity.
SK17 responds to the rhythm, proportions, and cornice heights of its neighbouring buildings, while introducing a distinctive architectural landmark to the neighbourhood.
